At Straits LaundryTM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide quality laundry services with utmost care. However, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please review the following policy:
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the request through our app/website/customer support.
- Once the laundry has been picked up or processing has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds
- If a prepaid order is canceled within the permitted time, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will not be provided for services already completed.
- In case of service issues (damage, loss, or quality concerns), refunds or credits will be provided after verification, as per our Service Guarantee Policy.
Special Cases
- Refunds are subject to review in cases where items are misplaced or damaged due to our service.
- Any claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery of your laundry.
